I recently went on the website of the British Council, which is an organisation that teaches English all around the world. it has a great website with some very good interactive grammar exercises. If you take a look here, we have an activity about countables and uncountables. In both the activities you get a good explanation first and then there is an interactive game to play. It is a great way to practice.
